And this is the point where I laugh hysterically after a moment of silence of relishing the excellently done Ren-ness in this fic that may be more fullfilling than a really hot piccy of Ren-chan himself...

Okay, maybe not that fullfilling; but it comes pretty dang close XD And trust me... I have really nice Ren pics, curtesy of my bro. Ah... but still, this was just hilarious. What started out as a dramatic episode of a drama where Horohoro is dying from an illness (with a dash of hilarity on the dying guy in question, as he prods Ren to promise him) turns out to be actually quite stupid because of its hilarious twist in the end when Faust comes to check up on Horohoro...

Poor guy, never expected the one thing he loved the most to come back and practically kill him. And now that I think about it... was this just a whole plot plotted by the Ainus just to get Ren to promise Horohoro?

...nah. It'd be pretty damn funny though; Ren being in a Ainu conspiricy cooked up by Ainus XD
