I enjoyed this story - a good take on the whole demotion/change of service thing. Poor Rhade...but good on Beka for being there for him! Good job. :-

I love pretty much any Beka/Rhade story I read but I've got one problem with them all...they're too short! Did Rhade really have a wife and children on Tarazed? What episode was that in?

Great take on what happened to his family. and now that I read this, it makes more sense for how he went from Admiral to Lt. Cmdr.
