Kate98 2005-03-13 ch 1, anon.	abuseThe title sucked me in... I was just listening to that song! Glad it did. This is an interesting piece of writing. I'm not sure what to make of it. The tone is stark and cool, and very much in line with the tone and pacing of the show. I just felt as though there was something you were getting at, some point you were making, that didn't quite come through in the end. However, that could very well be me just not getting it. In any case, I enjoyed it very much.

You really got the characters down. I can see lee and kara acting the way they do in your story as they do on the show. you kind of had me freaked out when starbuck was under the viper. I thought she was dead, but I laughed my butt off when you wrote that she was sleeping :) Bravo ~san

Madj 2005-03-11 ch 1,	abuseThis was just wonderful. Beautifully written for a story about something so painful and ugly. I love the way Lee and Kara kind of hold each other up and keep each other going through the whole mess. My favorite was when she offered to carry his burden for him for a while. Awesome. As much as I adore Kara, she doesn't seem to be written so ... thoughtfully ... on the show. There are glimpses now and then, but nothing like this. This story totally makes up for not seeing her reaction to the events of "33," too. Thanks for writing it.
