Oh, wow, that was really powerful. I think you not only captured the internal anguish of Daniel, but of all Jack fans as well. Utterly gut-wrenching. It made me tear up! :(

On the other hand, your story was good. _ It did get a little confusing since it was told from Daniel's point of view, yet it also sort of wasn't. Did that make sense? What I'm trying to say is that a lot of the time, Espeically at the begining of the story, I couldn't figure out who 'he' was. Was 'he' Jack or Daniel? It was confusing, but obviously not that confusing as I read the story anyway.
