Running the world for her... I think that is very romantic, and quite original. I've really never heard of anyone doing anything like that. That definitely surprised me; it was a pleasant change.
I also like the idea of Rinoa gradually falling for him again, hehe, that means the story won't end for sometime soon, eh? ;D Which is great, because I want more! You keep running, Squall!
