Interesting and well-written-though I find it hard to believe that Ukyo just "happened" to be in the right place, at the right time, and was so nice to Ryouga. Now, if it was part of a half-waking dream that Ryouga had, and which he remembered when he regained full consciousness after his accident-a kind of way for his subconsciousness to point out someone he really should care about-I could accept it a lot more. Yes, I know it's not my call, but I'm just giving my opinion. In any case, quite enjoyable. :)
