Excellent quality of writing - and I'm amazed you could make anything of the story out at all when you seem to be working through a 3rd language. In my experience, translations from Japanese into Chinese, which are then translated from Chinese into English, make little or no sense.

sophia's story wrecks me...damned alex and his angst...such a bastard. and i totally agree that vincent was a good guy. i've often had half-written vincent x sophia fics running through my head.

I liked this fic. ^_^ I just saw this anime, and felt the ending lacked closure in just a few ways; the possibility of VincentXSophia is one I like. ^_^

Very nice. That was excellently written with a fine handle on characterisation and atmosphere. I liked the fact you didn't force it into any sort of stilted romance or anything. And I Do agree with you about the Elizabeth thing. So yes, this is a very impressive piece. One of the best Exile fic's I've read yet. Good stuff!

This is not half bad; it certainly ranks among the top Last Exile fics on here. Prose gets jerky here and there, but overall everything reads well.
Good job, especially, with the characters. The post-series Sophia/Vincent connection is something I (and I'm sure many other fans) would definitely be wondering about, and things seem very IC. Kudos.

Hey, thanks for writing a little piece on Sophia. She's my favorite character of LE.

Anyways I enjoyed this fic because it takes place after the series- you don't see fics focusing on Sophia's reign. The conversation with Vincent is plausable. I liked how she's trying to balance being Queen while still retaining that level of casualness with Vincent.

I love this story. Unlike some fangirls, I admit that Alex would have never loved Sophitia. Sure, it would've been cute, but Alex was just too stuck on Yuris. Thanks for pointing that out. Besides, I think Sophitia and Vince look pretty cute together ;).

Good fic. I’d like to think she will be happy too, wether that be with someone, or on her own ruling a country.

I would have tried to review earlier, but my computer kept saying weird things ^.^; oh well... just to let you know, i thought this story was pretty good, is this your first Last Exile work? i dunno... :goes and checks to see: i write last exile Doujinshi, so i was able to relate to your (this) fanfic becuase even though the surrounding story dosent dwell deep into the fact, in my Doujin Vincent Alzey and (Princess, Empress;) Sophia forrester do get married, even though its not realiseduntill towards the end of the series. that was why i thought this fic was good, becuase i could relate to it~! :D
