This looks like it'll be a good story, but you DO know Squall also had Griever on his necklace and his Gunblade right?

Well! This has been an absolute pleasure to read! (and im not even finished yet! :D:D!)

The whole story doesn't give that unsatisfying feeling of an alternate dimension (like quite a few out there), and the characters are very well written! They speak and act in character, also a wonderful touch!

just one thing i thought was awkward:

" The others, [excepting] Squall, chuckled. "

now, im not complaining... but i dont know, the word 'excepting' doesnt sound right in that context... could be me :S haha, now i must go and finish reading the rest... :D:)

I read this awhile ago, but I forgot to review it. I loved this fic - it was such a great read! For some reason, the epilogue made my eyes well up. It wasn't disheartening, but it touched a chord within in me. Thanx for this read :) I'm off to review your other stories I didn't review earlier...

I really enjoyed the many hours that I spent reading this wonderful fanfic. Thanks Larathia, but I was a bit dissapointed about the ending where Squall and Rinoa becomes a GF, but I still loved it! I'll be reading and re-reading it for a long time, really wonderful!

A really beautiful story, if strange (but that's part of it's charm). It answers a question which always *DID* puzzle me, the story of Griever and Squall's ring. To be honest, I also wondered why Ultimecia had angel wings... Is she a descendant of Rinoa, or an inheritor of Rinoa's power? Anyway, great read!

*crying rivers, with a mile-high pile of kleenex beside her* That was so sad...but...right. You did this entire fic so well...these last two chapters, especially this one, were the best. You should receive an award of some sort for this fic. Truly. You might also wish to consider a sequel. Hardly needs it...but it would be interesting to see how they faired during the time from when they Joined to Ultimecia and maybe a little after that.

*wipes her eyes* That was so sad...so beautiful! No words can describe how wonderful this chapter was. But I really am wondering...what's the last chapter for? The meeting of Ultimecia?
