Hmm... this leaves many question marks, like exactly how their interaction was, or if Tortall really knows the Copper Isles spymaster( Aly) because of Alanna. I liked it.

Sweet, I like it. Just about Kel and her animals. I also like her thoughts on Dove, Dove is so cool. She makes a much better queen than Sarai would have ever done.

Great story! I love the characterization of Kel and the idea of her interacting with the characters from TQ. My only wish is that this story were longer. It seems like there is alot of potential in it, though what you have written is beautifully executed. Nice work and keep writing!

This is beautiful, particularly since I just read 'Two Daughters'. I love how she doesn't like doves - and presumably, therefore, Dove - or Crows - again, presumably, therefore, Nawat (or Aly). Also, the inclusion of Jonathan keeping an eye on Copper Isle affairs was really interesting.
