I've always loved Ranma and Birdy the Mighty, great job!

First of all you have a finished story, which considering most aren't is a very good thing.

I didn't see any major problems and I'd tend to say the story is certainly rated better significantly better than average here. It was a fun read all in all. As far as negatives, the pacing did seem perhaps just a little bit rushed, but thats about the only significant thing I see and thats open to interpretation.

One thing to note is you seemed to have skipped over where everyone finds out about P-chan, or did I miss something?

Ah I see, you have explained Akane's actions reasonably well and in a believable way. I was reading fairly fast and sort of ignored the hints before.

I can't really think of anything obvious you can do to improve this other than perhaps more detail. While I wouldn't go overboard some additional narrative would probably be worthwhile.

I suppose you could also maybe jump and occasionally get the point of view of one of the lesser characters for a bit of a rounded viewpoint. I'll likely read the rest tomorrow.

Here's a thought. Since they are linked, after a fashion, would they have dreams that are in some way linked? It might be a way to do a bit of character development for Birdy, or not.

This is pretty good so far. We have the Akane is a conflicted evil ogre thing, but well its a spin on the traditional evil ogre I suppose..

I'm not quite sure why you keep doing the "The End" when there are more chapters. I think I'll read one more chapter before I go to sleep..

I just finish reading chapters 5-9 and I LOVE THEM! I love the ending.

A very nice little story, and there was a lot that I liked about it. I did feel that Ranma and Birdy's romance progressed a lot too smoothly to be believable - when has romance EVER been smooth in Ranma's life? Nevertheless, I enjoyed this. Keep writing!

Sora: ((reading DNAngel on the couch)) Yeah, great. We liked that line at the end. "It's not us you have to worry about...it's him." ((turns page))
Ranma: Oh, and if you're wondering where Ranko is...she kinda had an accident yesterday.
Atemu: Getting sucked into FFX due to a Magical Power Surge does not qualify as an 'accident'.
Ranma: Um...right...well, we liked the story, and we can't wait for the next one...as in, that Final Half thing.

Very interesting story, though I have a few complaints. 1: why did happosai know Umi-sen-ken? Genma created it after Happosai got sealed away. 2: it's a little annoying how every problem is solved in the end. Ranma is not afraid of cats, Ryoga isn't embarressed around Kasumi, Ukyo and Shampoo give up on Ranma, Akane no longer thinks everything is perverted, etc. You don't have to tie up every loose end ya know. Otherwise, great story. It's nice to actually read a story from beginning to end. Sure it was short, but so was Birdy the Mighty. You can't expect the bible when your source material was two pages long.

To quote Watto, "You did good." I can't say I'm happy with the Mou/Sha and Uk/Ko pairings, but a victory none the less. Since you liked Ranma's Double, I'm going to offer you the reins. These are the terms:
1) Ranma-2 and Shampoo(paired), and remember, she can be caring.
2) Pair Ranma with whoever you wish, but NOT Akane. Those are all too common, and I have a pretty unique idea here.
3) The Robochu stay.
4)Terra-2 drowns in a spring, but it's your choice if Ranma falls in it.
5)Be creative. I ran out of credible ideas, so I'm leaving it to you.

GREAT JOB ON A GREAT STORY.

I'm very pleased how things turned out, I'd love to see a sequel to his story focusing on the kids dealing with the general Nemerian chaos. Excellent merging between Akane and Revi, they make a great team. I loved how Ryoga chased Nabiki's ex out of the house, that guy won't be coming back anytime soon.
