I think you should do some more research on the character's names. I'm surprised that you haven't spelled Katara "Kitara". Also, a "woodbender" would be... just stupid. If I were you, I would make a few changes to the story so far.

In response to the fifth element review, there were originally five elements in Chinese legend- water, earth, fire, wood, metal. No air. But the Avatar producers changed that, so if you're not chinese, you'll probably assume it was weird.

'Ang' is mispelled. It's 'Aang'.

So is 'Saka'. It's 'Sokka'.
