Oh, I'd really like to see more of this! I understand, though. I've taken long breaks from things, too. You write very well, and I really love Ashley's character--she seems like a good, sweet person.

This is so well-written! I really like Ashley's character (she's a lot like me!), and you're starting to hint at some details of her past. Keep writing, please!

I like how you make Ashley a pianist instead of a singer; it's a more original twist. And I know exactly what you mean about the D/D flat mixup--I did the same thing! D's a lot easier to play in, but D flat makes it easier to sing... I guess everyone can't win, right?

Oh no! It's so hard to find Phantom phics that are so well-written and with good plots...but then again, go you for having the strength to put this down for something even huger! Anyways- I really like this- hope to read more eventually! :)

Its definitely been a month. where is the next chappy?

I read the entire thing through, and I must admit that I am rather envious. I've allway wanted to write a success story with a modern phantom, and now here I am, reading one... besides Leroux's. i loved the chapter and i cannot wait until you are able to post fanfics once again. good luck with your novel tho!! i totally understand the taking a break from fanfic thing. i myself am on one right now but that is due to other reasons (my dad died a few weeks back and i havent been feeling up to much lately) so i await the day you post your next chapter. until then, ta-ta.

what school does phantom? the liscensing agent prctically wont let it out at all to Amateur theatre companies! but i guess you would know better than i would

i am bummed i will have to wait a month or more to get another chapter :( but hey it will be worth it.

I know schools which have preformed the Phantom production although they changed the singing style a fair bit. but hey it does happen
