The scarecrow is Ed, wow you must have been laughing so hard at my stupidity for misinterpretting what you said. What ever. At first the talking dog sounded like Eddy to me, but then he said dork and I was like "Oh! It's Kevin, named Rudolf?" Kevin and Eddy are ironically similar.

Yes I have the DVD and yes I saw Planl's perspective. Here's a tip. Watch an episode (preferably Mirror, mirror on the Ed) in French with English subtitles. It is so FUNNY!! The Ed's in the Wizard of Oz. I like. Who's the Ed's going to be? Kevin's the scarecrow? He's not stupid, just a jock. Now Ed is stupid. Does Jimmy play a Galinda of sorts? Sorry, Glinda.
