The silver was cool, and her intense missing of her shifting ability was really well described.

Interesting about the pyrokinesis, but the handicaps you included (as you did with her telepathic and shifting ability) keep her from becoming too powerful. And the way that it tied in with her parents' deaths was well done.

Hmm... nice touch with the concubine thing. I think it's natural to (usually) think of the worse interpretation when a phrase has multiple meanings, or at the very least have it come to mind with the other meanings (or I really hope it's natural, 'cause that's how MY mind works,) but the way you wrote it worked really well, and the undercurrents and emotion you evoked came through perfectly.

I liked how you tied in Inuyasha and Kagome.

So Rezo's been blind his whole life? Huh... I don't know why but I got the impression he'd been blinded at some point through an accident or illness or something; maybe it was the mention of his paintings...

Hmm... it seems a little odd that Suichiro would do such things without having a clear, powerful goal in mind... huh.

Nicely done drama, and the earnestness in Kagome's plea to Inuyasha came off well.

You did a great job of conveying Rin's level of fear.

I really like all the similarities and the dynamic between Inuyasha and Sango.

Really interesting, that Sango wouldn't want to see Miroku at that primal level of anger; you did a really good job with that.

And despite the subject matter (and/ or because of it,) the climax of this chapter was just PERFECT!

... though it does leave We the Fangirls/ boys screaming for more.

Well, isn't this unusual? I do believe that this is the first time Miroku has died before Sango in your stories. Heh. Either way, I hope that just because his body has died doesn't mean that Miroku is out of the story yet. For one, Bleach is included in this crossover, so there is always possible influence from there, especially since his supernatural powers are so potent, or if Shabranigdo decides to revive him somehow to harass him for his ancestor's choices... Or, you know, "The Stone Table" title could be some alusion to "The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe" and Miroku could pull an Aslan. *wink*

...Yeah. You know me. I'm always trying to find away to avoid my favorite character's death. Miroku! ;.;

Besides. Sango still owes him that kiss... And I don't think that kissing a dead guy, Miroku or not, is very high on her list of To-Do's. Least, I hope not... Hee?

Or, he really could be dead, and I must go proceed to gouging my eyes out, because as coolios as Urahara admittedly is, the idea of he and Sango having babies makes my brain wilt and my eyes bleed. Okay, not really, but I'm hoping that that might influence your choices in the future? D Besides, you know you heart it when Miroku wins in the end.

Moving on... It really sucks to hear about your real life stuff... I'm sorry, and I hope and pray that things get better for you soon. I loved the conversation between Ranma and Akane; very subtle undertones. Ranma is an adorable, yet clueless, teddy bear. Imagine... he actually wanted Akane to lash back at him for hurting her. Ah... chivalry is not dead.

Exciting fight scene! Akane and Ranma vs. the 'men in black'! It gives a whole new meaning to the term 'shadow boxing'. Ranma was completely in his element, hea was ready to do some major butt kicking. Yeow! "My body is my weapon, it can't be turned against me." The way you described it was totally hot! :sighs: Lucky Akane. The two of them, back to back, ready for "Mortal Combat!" :I'm feeling giddy now:(LOL) Akane's mind powers and Ranma's newfound ice thingy was awesome. and you finished with the sweetest ending for those two. "You go girl!" :laughs:

Although Miroku has no chice but to follow along with Sango's captors, from your description of his tone, someone's head is gonna roll.(literally)

At this point in the story, I have yet to figure out whose behind what. So... I'm just gonna sit back and enjoy.

I've been keeping up with this story, reading every now and then when I can afford the time to get all caught up in the plot. Because I will. Your stories are just so engaging.

I don't know how you keep so many plotlines and subplots and characters and motivations and everything so organized, managing to tie everything together. Maybe some people are just born to be writers.
