Loved that between Zelenka and Sheppard, he realized how wrong he was heh. Oh, and just thought I'd share this with you because it made breathing hard for a moment, I laughed so hard. I have a playlist on my computer of songs to listen to on shuffle WHILE I'm reading fics ... just as I read the part where Sheppard said they should throw the idiot's chairs in the ocean, "Into the Ocean" by Blue October began playing. I almost fell off my own chair. =| I think that playlist is somewhat psychic. :D |

You know, I like how you deal with the "office politics" on Atlantis -- the way that Rodney's abrasiveness makes him generally unpopular and others (aside from his teammates and others who know him well) are willing to believe ill of him. And, of course, he's quite willing to believe ill of himself too ... but here comes Sheppard with his complete lack of tact and utter loyalty to cut through the mess and make everything better *squee*. I also like the way that you generally keep Rodney and Sheppard's interaction very low-key, but it's perfectly obvious how much they care about each other ... rather like the show in that regard ... aw, I should stop gushing and wander on, but I just had to let you know how much I enjoyed this story, too. |
