You are officially my favorite Seiryuu writer! I love how you can play all of them, and intertwine so many parts of their lives into one simple story. Kudos, indeed! (Yes, the Ashitare part is frightening!)

That was brilliant and inspired. Your depictions of the Seiryuu seishi as human beings were insightful. I especially love the idea of Tomo being so insecure and sad. His makeup is like a mask, it prevents emotions being properly registered. I liked your depiction of the interaction between Tomo and Soi as well. Soi is right, without his makeup he's beautiful. It's sad that he doesn't see it. The twins were sweet, as always, I think it's interesting that they manage to stay so childish and innocent in such an atmosphere. Ashitare also interested me greatly. I think it was really tragic that someone who was once a fully human being was reduced like he was. Nakago was very... Nakago. I think deep down he is insecure as well, the way you suggested with him saying he was manipulating everyone in such a way as to convince himself. No one completely secure with themself would believe they were a god. Miboshi was also intriguing, I've never paid much attention to him at all (and I call myself a Seiryuu fan _;;). He seems... truly cruel and evil, not caring about the child and the emotions of his fellow seishi... Anyway, I'm sure you don't want to listen to my babble any more, so I'll just shut up! Well done on an excellent fic.

Interaction between the Seiryuu seishi? What a wonderful idea. And you've managed to execute it so perfectly, tying them all together as much as giving them their individuality. Very nicely done indeed. You seem to have caught each one of them in a defining moment.

i liked this...you really did an awesome job writing each characters view...my favorites were amiboshi and tomo's...ahh poor tomo...one thing...in amiboshi and suboshi's gaiden novel, it tells of a time when amiboshi left suboshi so they've been seperated before..
