No, dear. The song Bridge over Troubled Water belongs to Simon and Garfunkle. It was written by Paul Simon and sung by him and Art Garfunkle in 1970 on their album called.. duh duh duh... "Bridge over Troubled Water". Cash did a later cover version, but the song is not "his".

I realise that you're probably too young to remember Simon and Garfunkle. Google is your friend.

This is a nice story, otherwise, but please use your spell check. It's littered with spelling mistakes.

Ah! So sweet and cute! I love the ending, it makes me smile. Especially after all the depressing fics that have been floating around When I originally saw the summary for this story, I was like, wait, no, I won't like it. But then I read it all and I think it's Most Excellent. Lovely job you've done-both John and Elizabeth seem very in-character, and Kilik is just awesome. And did I mention cute? ^_^
