It is dangerous for them to help get them off the plateau because they will obviously then know how to escape themselves. This will probably need to be addressed. Please keep up this story and give us glimpses of the current future as it seems it will have to change now that this event took place! Great job. |

My only quibble is that "then" (indicating time) and "than" (indicating comparison) are mistaken one for the other, an easy and common error. Please continue, however, for the lively and believable characterization and the clear command you have of the characters' backstory, more than make up for the slight errors in word usage. |
