Awesome! Gourry rarely has his past revealed in fanfics and the darker they are the more I like them. His bubbly personality just makes sense to come from a broken family. But yes! PLEASE continue. I know it's hard but you can't give in now! Time is consuming but even if you get a whim at 3 in the morning- go for it-write it. People want to know the story:)

I'm not all the way done but so far what i read, I absolutely freaking loved! You got a very simple yet compelling story here with beautiful characterizations of Lina and Gourry. I love how you have them interact emotionally and the family issues are a interesting background for Gourry. Truly good stuff. My only complaint/criticism is, I think Lina is being a bit too harsh on Gourry, they were never open with their feelings in the show but she was never this mean to him. I think she needs to lighten up, other then that, love the story: favorited, author/story alerted and eager for more! I'd also love a fellow Slayers fan/author to check out my Slayers fic, its got some bugs but I'd love your thoughts on it.

Really good fanfic! I've enjoyed reading this story so far, poor Gourry :-(. I am curious on to why Alisia is after the flower as well. I haven't gotten the chance to watch Slayers Revolution yet (but I don't mind the spoilers if you have any).

I just re-read this as its been a while. I really hope you continue it. You should post what you have left if nothing else for us poor fans :)

Okay forgive me but when I saw that you had finally updated, I was deliriously happy! I even screamed and shouted, "Oh my God, she updated!" So needless to say I'm a pretty happy camper that I got such a juicy chapter. I just pray and hope that Gourry doesn't end up biting the bullet. I know you plan on messing with us right up to the very end (it's just so much fun that way isn't it?!) but I'll be waiting eagerly for that next chapter. Oh and by the way, congrats on writing such a wonderful Lina/Gourry story. Normally I shy away from L/G stories because they normally are bad (and I mean painfully bad!) but you've written such a good story! You've actually helped restore my faith in L/G stories! But and here's where you're going to kill me... Where's Amelia? I'm not a super crazed Amelia fan (though I do like her). I was just wondering where she was. I know 99.9% of the Slayers fandom hates her guts so I'll understand if she isn't very important in the story. It's your choice and I understand and respect that. Anyway, good job and update soon please?!
