Okay. I LOVE this. I'm sorry, but I've read over 50 Doctor Who Fanfictions here and this is by far the best. I too squealed with excitement at the trailer for the next episode. I can't wait till he screams "If you like orders so much, then follow this one: why don't you just DIE?" as well and the: "I swear, NO ONE ON THIS BASE IS SAFE" (also being topless and tortured ;))

Anyways, back to your story: I really do love it. You've captured the personalities perfectly, and not made it hasty romance, like some are. Will you be doing another on the next episode? I agree with you about the not being able to watch World War Three and not write something on it. It's the: "I could save the world, but lose you" line, and also the look on his face when Jackie is demanding if she's safe... *sighs* they are so made for each other. You realize, there will only be 13 episodes? It sucks. After that, they change doctor. :( anyways, I'm off to see if you have any other Doctor Who fanfictions, and daydream about the series :P

i love this! i was trying very hard to write something quite similar and failing completely. now i'm not going to bother because you've done a much much better job. you've used the quotes appropriately and you've captured the relationship between them very well.
