Excellent look into the fears and shame of the Fifth Hokage. I'm surprised that there aren't more fics that explore the relationship (not necessarily romantic, but just a link) between these two Sanin. Orochimaru didn't seem to have any desire to kill her in the series, so it's not a stretch that he reserves some measure of fondness and/or respect for Tsunade, and as you've so elegantly explored, she is able to understand him to some extent. I'm glad to have found this. |
