I can't believe you updated! This was such a pleasant surprise, even if it did take me forever to get around to rereading this story. Frankly, I'd forgotten how good it was, especially since I now work in a cafe and can compare. You've taken the 'Bakura is a ghost/vampire/dead thing' story and actually made it good.

I still adore this story! And, I was tickled to find that you had updated since I had feared the story had been abandoned... and what a shame that would have been. This new chapter is just as mysterious as the past ones have been. The addition of Malik and the fact that he was hitting on Ryou was sweet and heartbreaking all at the same time - especially since we know where Ryou's affections fall and Ryou had been convinced that there was no one for him "out there"... Bakura was his usual cyptic self, sending Ryou all sorts of mixed messages. It was all very delicious and deliciously written! I can't express just how much I enjoy your story!
