Ricechex 2005-08-11 ch 7,	abuseThat was an awesome twist at hte end - it was all a vision! Wow! Quite a story here. Few comments on the overall piece: 1. You said in a few chaps that it was rushed/squished - might try unsquishing, there were a few moments where small bits of dialogue got hard to follow. Cleared up after I read farther, but immediately some of them were kinda confusing. 2. Characters were pretty good over all, Oz was the only one that seemed a bit OOC (Kate as a vamp? I love it!). But you said yourself that you haven't seen a whole lot of Buffy, so this was fine. 3. You are definately one of my favorites. Love ya babe! RC

Lindsey was stupid to take Kate wherever it was, but I'm surprised that (a) they couldn't defend themselves, as she had been a cop and he's a pretty strong guy, and (b) they didn't just kill both of them but turned her and let him live. There must be a reason for this. I liked all the exchanges about the doughnuts, from Kate's surprise that they think she had bought them ("I ate the baker.") to Oz's seeing doughnuts as an upside. So at whom was Lindsey aiming at when he pulled the trigger? Good chapter.

Imzadi 2005-06-28 ch 5,	abuseSo Lindsey (note correct spelling--and this is from his door in Five by Five) loves Kate, who is now a vampire. Of course Oz calling him "little" is like the pot calling the kettle black, seeing how short he is! I'm glad he doesn't want to be a vampire, too. Poor guy. At least he's trying to save Fred. I guess a werewolf seems like a fair trade. He can't know Oz is good. I don't know why Wes & Gunn are fighting each other; they should save it for the enemy.
Imzadi 2005-06-28 ch 4,	abuseI feel sorry for everyone here, especially for Fred, who is really suffering; for Oz, who is a prisoner; for Wes, who is unable to help; and for Lindsey, who doesn't want to be doing this but seems to have no choice. I just hope somehow it works out for everyone.

And Gunn--"to sleep, perchance to dream." I don't think he liked his dream much. Poor Oz. I don't think kidnappers care that he has to be somewhere!

I wonder just how bad Angel is? Too bad Fred caught the visions. I hope she's strong enough to handle them for a while.
Imzadi 2005-06-28 ch 1,	abuseI happened to glance at the newest chapter and saw the magic word--Lindsey! So I decided I'd start reading & reviewing from the beginning. I like what you're doing with Fred. She's smart but yet very spacey. Poor Angel is off the deep end, isn't he? And it's good to see laconic Oz again. Nice beginning.
