I love this fanfiction about Castlevania. You´ve captured the essence of the game, Castlevania is one of the most important games on my life, I grown up with N64 games. So, I´m very happy... reading this interesting fic.

Nice chapter.By the way is Reinhardt a character you made up or one of the characters from the actual game`cause the dude's appearance sounds kinda familiar to me.Oh and also if I may ask how far did you get on the castlavainia on the 64?I got up to like the chain saw person than kept dying.I could never really finish the game`cause my family had to move and I kinda lost track of my favorite game.(Oops off topic)Well anyways talk to ya the next time I review.(Or if you reply which most people do)

you are an excellent author dude. i am very impressed. but i think the name of the castle was Dracula's Castle not Castlevania. Castlevania was the name that was given to the game when it came to america.

Sorry it took me a while to review, I just haven't had the chance to as of late.

Anywho, liked the chapter, I thought the action sequences were very well written. I'll admit I did start to skim at points, but for the most part I was kept captivated. Nice animosity between Draco and Reinhardt. Keeps the story alive with some flavour.

I was a bit dissappointed we didn't get to see anything of Carrie or Cornell, but I'm sure it'll be in chapters to come.

Nice job, keep up the good work.

Another interesting chapter...you continue to display a formidable writing style, which is nice fluent, and you don't miss a beat when you write. You've captured the essence of Castlevania so well...ie:

"Dracula’s magic held a unique scent, one that several compared to burning brimstone, rotting flesh, and fresh spilled blood.

It was believed to be the scent of Hell itself."

Really good description. :)

A few things I noticed:

"Part of them, perhaps the sexist ‘macho’ parts of their minds, hoped that..."
-that was stated a bit TOO obviously, and the chosen...diction seemed out of place. These words are too modern. Just something to look out for.

"...creamy skin seeming to glow not from the torchlight, but from the mystical power she carried within her."
-now that line, I just LOVED. I don't know why, but the...way you said it, I can just visualize her and her skin glowing with this mystical, yet powerful magic flowing through her veins.

"...Cor4nell..." (Carrie says this line)
-a spelling mistake...nothing big. :)

"...practically raised as his own cubs along side his mate Ada..."
-Wow. That line made me shudder. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the whole CornellxAda thing. See, me and Lucky talked about it for a while when we were discussing Cornell's past for her fic...and...I guess, how their relationship is viewed and interpreted depends solely on the author. People don't really know much about his past, and anything, really, could have happened. I hope you'll provide a deeper insight on Cornell's part to help explain his "feelings" towards Ada...cuz I've never really thought about it that way, and it would be interesting to see how it all came about...
