Well that was kinda creepy, and I'm still a little confused about a few details (though I expect when I read it again it will all become clear).

I liked the carrying over of some of the angst from "The Hall of the Mountain King", particularly the way that Eric doesn't just slip straight back into character at the beginning of this story.

I really enjoyed the mystery surrounding the Guild and its Wizards, and the way that Shawn tried to play on the kids weaknesses and doubts as he tried to undermine their confidence in each other.

Very curious as to what's up with Eric. It's not like him to be so bold.

And I was surprised that Hank was as mad as he was. You would think he'd be happy that Eric didn't have the opportunity to say too much - you know how he can be. But he should have been forthcoming about it.

Laughed at Sheila's reaction to her faulty hood,... and then thought to myself "She knows she wants him." ;)

Good cliffhanger. Can't wait to see what happens next!

I like the way this is going, although I can't at all guess where that will be. Very good suspense here. Also good connections to, and mentions of, other stories. I appreciate that very much in a fanfic.

You've gotten me worried about Eric. I can't wait to learn what is happening with him. He's as tight as a clam right now, but when that dam breaks, I have a feeling it's going to be most interesting!

Definitely getting ever more interesting! I wasn't expecting Krin to be a dangerous wizard. Mind if I picture Rickman playing that part? ;) Just kidding.

Desperation may truly play its part in this story. They're inside the Guild, having had to be led in. I'm guessing they can't get out on their own. It's either find Krin or else at this point.
