I love your portrayal of the Doctor. A lot of people just write him like some generic guy but you not only capture his personality; you acknowledge his alieness.

Hah - the fic was okay, but the ending REALLY made it. "What if I told you I wanted a father figure" - that was a punchline and it was a GOOD one
