Very nice job on the attempt Remy/Rogue friendship thing. :P Can't deny the chemistry between them though. *hugs* thank you for the absolutely splendid story. You have a knack for details and plot and good writing. My writing is terrible, so all I can really say is that I loved the work, i plan on checking out your other material, and i hope you start your new projects soon.

On a side note, i didnt realize Luc was Lucifer ie the devil. I sorta assumed he was Mr. Sinister, what with the white skin and all. Oh well, shows what I know.

Hey, not sure if I reviewed this when I started reading. But that was all the way back in chapter 4 so I haven't really been keeping up till now. I just finished and wanted to say great job. I loved the story. Ending was a bit anti-climactic, but other than that I think it worked well.

you know, you have wonderful timing. i was on my way home last night, when out of the blue (ha! see how i worked the title in there? i'm so clever...) i thought "hmm, i wonder when the final chapter will be posted?" - and lo and behold, when i got home it was waiting in my inbox for me! huzzah.

anyhoo, lovely job. i must say, i really like how the dream sort of came full circle. it was a really interesting device, constantly repeating it throughout the chapters and adding more each time - it worked really well. i especially loved remy not giong all the way and killing his 'inner demon'. atta boy! methinks it's generally a good rule to do the opposite of whatever the devil wants.

speaking of, luc going all hulking and dark? ooh. the first thing i thought of was that segment in disney's "fantasia", with all the ghosts and stuff, and that huge black demon on the mountain? that ALWAYS scared the crap out of me when i was a kid, i could never watch it... eep! give me the ballerina hippos any day.

and luc seemed to back off easier than i was expecting... but i sorta like that - now there's the notion of him always waiting in the shadows, watching for remy to slip up... the devil on his shoulder, as it were... but at least he's got rogue to keep him on the straight and narrow (and if all else fails, to smack some sense into him).

speaking of our two favourite southerners, YAY! i really enjoyed that thought of remy's, of being able to face the Big Bad, but not being able to face the woman he loves. how true... but aww, it all worked out, complete with your patented rogue-'n-remy banter. seriously, you should get a copyright or something for that, you do it so well!

and i really liked ending back with may black... again, bringing it around full circle. nice! bravo, bravo - the devil in a black suit idea, aside from being a pretty sexy thought, was pulled off marvelously. gold stars for you. although you know, i'm sort of conflicted, torn between being glad it's all done and wrapped up nicely and between wanting more... so i suppose you'll just have to feed that yearning for more with other fics, now won't you? i'll definitely be looking forward to your next update! here's hoping they'll be as quick as these last few ones were... wrangle those plot bunnies into submission! ;)

You think I would be so happy that "1942" is going to get updated soon, but it makes me sad that "... Blue" is finished. What a ride this way! I think you really pulled off the whole Devil-in-a-black-suit that you were going for. Well done!

And ahh you were even able to throw in such yummy, yummy Rogue-Remy-ness! It's ALWAYS good for my tummy! ;) They are so cute! *pinches fanfic characters' cheeks*

intersting story, but I was a little thwarted by the ending. I love the part about the dream coming full circle and the whole cosmic Remy vs. The devil part, but I find myself wandering what happened excalty. Was he battling his inner demon or was that simply and illusion that Luc had created. The fact that Luc gave up so easily is that saying that Remy is still going to be haunted by him.

I did however enjoy the last little section. Perhaps Remy was safe because his mother asked for him to be blessed ?

all in all I really liked the story and the ideas behind it.

Wow, how anti-climactic...and yet perfect. Because, I couldn't imagine Remy and the devil actually physically duking it out. i don't know if that would have worked for me. But even Remy and Rogue's love confessions were anti-climactic, which also works perfectly, because, really, they aren't the run into each other's arms and start making out while the camera fades to black kind of couple.

This ending was so perfect. I wish I could write good endings. That's always the hardest part for me! I struggle to find a good ending point. I just want to keep writing and writing...

Anyways, a great fic. I'm sad it's over, but you have plenty of others. Yea for 1942!! I'll definitely be looking forward to seeing that one updated!

Wow...that was a really good ending. Aw, his mommy got him blessed my god. That was a really smooth ending. The story as a whole was fantastic. I loved your portrayal of the devil and good versus evil. Also the whole idea of destiny. No one choses your fate but you. LOVED IT! UPDATE YOUR OTHER STORIES SOON!

This chapter was just...wow. Had to re-read the fic again cause I forgot, but it was worth it. Can't wait for the last chapter. So update ASAP!

-dies laughing- did you seriously just oh snap your own fic?!? LMAO. simply loved the chapter, as always, and i like what you've done with Remy & Luc, the interplay is fabulous. 'specially Remy's realization about what his father did to him, and Luc's careful not-exactly-mentioning that Remy does, in fact, have a choice. Good thing the resident theologian (Kurt) is at hand! also like the relationships between the characters--kurt isn't all stereotypically 'get avay from meine schwester', and while remy may not be trusted exactly, he's still appreciated as part of teh team, more or less.
jsut one question: what kind of bourbon does Remy drink that he's tossing it down by the bottleful? I can drink, and lemme tell ya, bourbon is supposed to be sipped... in small doses. One's liver doth protest, should one tax it further. Or, at least, the stomach does. Not that i've seen ANY of my friends attempt to knock back bourbon, no. :)
