Not Bad.

I like angsty stuff, and this had a lot of it, but something was missing here...the characters didn't sound like Murdock and Face to me (and I'm not saying that because it's slash-I like slash and I can generally see it between these characters). They could have been just about any two guys-there wasn't really enough here to really see this as the characters from the show. A little more background story and in-character dialog could have helped. (And I'm guessing the author is from the UK, because Americans don't call 'em "flats" in general. The Brit terminology threw me a bit as well.)
