LMAO! The neji cutting his hair thing was great! Kiba wearing the hood so the birds don't make nests in his hair. Personally i don't how Kiba does it. I went as him to Icon and I kept getting fuzzies in my mouth from the hood. Yuck! econonmy sized potato chip bag was a good touch too.
