ZWngDragon 2006-06-30 . chapter 2
"But, Harry thought. You did. You let me have this one, didn’t you."

You know that is extremely dumb. If Dubledores gonna let her keep her memory why is she letting people try ti curse her.
Also, what kinda of memory loss does she have because as far as i can tell she should still know about wizards.

Wish you'd update!

Ooh, this is an interesting premise. You've written the characters true to form--Harry's reaction to the situation felt very right, and Luna was just perfect. And Dumbledore understanding, and feeling that he couldn't allow her to be reconditioned and avoid punishment unless Harry was willing. Dumbledore is so often vilified in post-OotP Harry-centric fics, it's nice to see something more realistic.
Just a technical detail, which you're certainly under no obligation to follow: Bellatrix would remember everything pertaining to wizardry. She's not like Harry, who discovered magic at age eleven--she was exposed to that world during her formative years. That's part of the impersonal knowledge that remains even when amnesia wipes out memories of a personal nature. Her forgetting the word "muggle" would be like you or I forgetting the word...well, any word. Or looking at a television or a car and not understanding technology--it wouldn't happen. Amnesia erases personal memories, so she may not remember her name, and she may not remember ever casting a spell, but she would remember what a spell is.
In any event, it's well-written and intriguing. I look forward to more :)

man... what an awesome idea you had for a story, i wish i came up with this one first. In my opinion, this has THE best potential for a realistic harry/bellatrix. perhaps the only truly realistic hope for the pairing. I anxiously await the next update!
ArcherofDarkness and Callie 2005-06-17 . chapter 1
To be lost from your past is hard but it is probably harder for poor Harry who can not kill the innocent(or at least innocant of mind). Scylla and Charybdis are from the Odyssey.
