It was better than I could have hoped for. ~“Stop it,” Sanzo had told him. “Stop doing this.”~ That first line just drags you in & lets you know what's coming. Perfectly executed, wonderfully dark, and cold & sad in a way that fits so well with the story you're telling... Gah. I just love this. So very, very much.
