morbidlySWEET 2008-07-21 ch 91,	abusewow. 91 chapters and i read them all in one night. well, it's now like 7:30am and i have never gone to bed. anyways, i love it, though i get nothing about the epilogue. maybe it's just me. idk. but i loved the story.

jill 2008-03-20 ch 91, anon.	abusei started reading this a couple of years ago and had no idea you'd finished it til i saw it on someone's 'favourite fics'. well, i'm so glad i did see it, cause i loved it. i've just sat down and re-read it in two days, and i just think it's so 'right', which i kind of like in gsr, when it sticks to how they really are. not that i don't like the more fun fics, cause i do, but this was just so special, probably because of Brenda and how she brought them together better than they maybe could have done themselves! thanks for taking so much time to do it!

This story explores so much about Gil and sara's past, their potential and their problems, in a way that the show sometimes hints at but ultimately can never carry through. Well characterised, well written, and a pleasure to read.

My version of what happened with G, S & B of course had me looking for them all over the city. OK, not really! I do have a decent grip on reality. It's sad CITA is over, but it's been a delight to read. Thank you so much for writing it, and for seeing it through to the end. Oh, and I love the word "swanky".

carlapotter 2008-01-27 ch 91,	abuseWOW. well, first i wanna say sorry for the huge delate!i'm really really really really sorry!but i was away on a family vacation and i didn't check my mail for a while so i didn't see the updates. and honestly, i didn't think u were gonna update so soon!hehe Now, i can't believe this is really the end of this fic, i'm so happy cause everything went right, but also really sad cause it's all over...this is my favorite fic ever, i wanted to thank you for writting such an amazing, awesome, great (and every good adjetive posible) fic. THANK YOU! i was so happy when grissom went to new york, (i'm also really happy cause i was rigth about brenda's present hehe)but i gotta say i was really confused at the begining of the epilogue, i didn't really understood at first, but i kept reading and grissom was named, so i jumped to end of the epilogue (i always do that, i did it with every chapter to see what was the final word) and when i read "just one" i though that grissom was buying a plane ticket or sth so i tought he wasn't with sara anymore!u have no idea how i felt... so i went back and continued reading, and thanks God, the fic had a happy ending!! :D i'm not gonna lie to u, i was really hoping to see (o read) brenda's reaction when she found out about sara and griss, i also wanted to read how sara told her about her relationship...but at least i know that the three of them are living in new york and that grissom accepted the job (hey, grissom adopted brenda rigth?)(i just wanted to be sure)(oh, does brenda's last name is grissom now? or siddle? or collins?) i always had that doubt... well, i think that's it, thanks again...oh, and thanks for writting so many details, it was easier to imagine the characters in the different places and situations, i think (dunno if my opinion counts hehe) that u really capture the characters and that u developed in a great way the characters's personalities from the ones that we already knew from the show (i hope u understand what i'm trying to say). that's it hehe, THANKS AGAIN, good luck with everything, i hope u write more fics, i'll be waiting for the alert in my inbox, i don't remember how i found this fic, but i'm really glad i did... good bye...take care and keep writing, you're the best!bye... I love how you captured both Sara and Grissom and how you gave them a possible future. I'm completely speechless here! Thank you VERY MUCH for sharing this story!

It was a good ending in that you didn't have to write ten more chapters about Gris and Sara telling Brenda about them and then go through all the details of what their NY life would be like. It left things open to the imagination. It is kinda sad thinking about them leaving Las Vegas and all their fellow CSIs, though. But 'tis the beauty of fanfiction, right? You can do whatever you want and if other people don't like it, they can write their own endings. Anyways, good job. Totally enjoyed this story and I am very glad you completed it.
JackofSpade 2008-01-22 ch 91,	abuseFavorite Line and Last (sniff): “Just one.” What a fantastic and completely new twist to an end! For 90 chapters you gave us incredibly precise details that had us smelling cookies baking in the oven with flour on our hands. And yet, the last chapter barely has one of the stars. You let us fill in the blanks how we want to finish the story. You could take it that years have passed and Grissom is alone in NY. OR, as I took it, the happy family is in NY because Brenda is there attending college. Even though Grissom is barely in the chapter and Sara/Brenda are not there at all...in fact, with two simple words ("just one")you had them all three front and center starring in the finale. By the way, I cannot stand the character of Mac Taylor, but your talents of weaving him into interactions with Stella and "the new guy" was brilliant. Thank you again for sharing your talents with us for 2 years!
