Here's a series of sentences I particularly enjoyed: "Unlike most people, who telegraphed moods with their whole faces--grins, lowering brows, scrunched noses--it was her eyes. Her mouth and chin and brows could all be as still as if she were carved out of wax, but the slightest flicker of an eyelid told a smart man that something was going on." |

I don't think men come more smitten than Wash. :D I just discovered this series last month, and it brought me much happiness to discover that you -- one of my favorite HP writers -- write for Firefly, too. The dialogue and characterizations are just spot-on. :) |
