Aww, this is so sweet and uplifting. Well, not the details about his life, all the horrible stuff he lives with, but the conclusion is great. I like the story :D

Many reviews are verbose and fawning without any real substance; despite that I don't think I will reach new heights of insightful critique, however I did want to say, as simple and clichéd as it is, this is the best Breakfast Club fan fiction I've read. And given my profound love for the subject matter that's saying something. John Bender is, paradoxically, the most popular character and the most misinterpreted. He is often portrayed as the very stereotype the film rallies against, he is romanticized as an Alpha male that can be 'saved' by some understanding woman. It does him a disservice to be treated as such.

Here you have delicately touched on the nuances of Bender, as you see him, and that has created a balanced and provoking short story.

Wow, this is really good. The first and may I say, best TBC I have ever read. I love stories that just focuse on JUST the character they talk about and not their love interests too. To many people focus on that but you focus on just Bender and that made it all the more sweet. Thanks for the story. _

Aah, sweet yet angty at the same time. It really gives you another sight of Bender, and you start looking at him in a different way.
