that was beautiful, one could easily visualize the melancoly hero, and somewhere among his despondent thoughts you feel crystaline tears, wept for him, because he lost this right when he was deemed "the Hero" just like he lost his innocence with the first drop of blood on his sword and hands

That was nice. It may not be an original concept, but it was well executed. The only thing I have to say is that the end seemed a bit out of place. While on one hand it was nice to have a bit of optimism to inturrupt the angst, it also seemed to change tone a little too fast. Anyway, great story!

YAY! That was great! ^-^ i really loved it. I enjoyed how emotional link was about his destiny. I also liked how at the start you had like the poem. I also like how you enturptred the children into hero's and such because it is true, they don't think about the pain! This was really good! I'm happy that i could read this! I was well wriiten and wonderfully peiced together! Hope you write more in the future about link and ledgend of zelda and such! ^-^ cha chow

I thought that was very good! I was, however, a little confused about the first couple of paragraphs where you seemed to switch points of view without warning. Other than that, it was nicely written and I hope to see more from you soon. :)

The concept about Link being an unhappy hero isn't a new one. There are thousands of people out there who feel the same way, and probably thousands more writing about it. FanFiction.net is only one of many reading/writing sites out there. If you feel that I copied you or your friend's stories, you are mistaken. I always review the stories I read, and I didn't know you wrote stories like "Hero", until you brought it to my attention. Otherwise, I would have reviewed it. And I disagree with you - the only simularities are the characters and the angst; my given perspective is completely different.
