I think I read this over at NCIS fanfic or something ages ago, and I recently remembered it and had been looking for it to read again. Not knowing the author or title or exact place I found it.
But, by chance and due to the fact that I like to see what other stories authors that i have enjoyed, wrote, I found this.

This is incredibly powerful. A wonderful insight into two unique and complicated characters. I loved how you wrote Kate, different, yes, but fitting. Aspects of her character that are at times glossed over in the show and always ignored in fanfiction.
Your Tony is a treat to read.
This was powerful, full of betrayal, despair and feeling.

I can't believe I have never reviewed this story! I have read it probably 7 times or so... I love the darkness of this story and the description and detail in your wording is amazing. For some odd reason which I can't quite put my finger on it always makes me think of the movie "Blade Runner". Which is pretty amazing because it means you have set a tone to your story that conjures such strong imagery. I love Tony and Kate in this, it's like darkside Tony and Kate, which is sinfully fascinating. And I'll take Tony and Kate any way you write em cause you never do, and you are a gifted writer. Thanks for sharing, I truly enjoy this unique story.

Powerful; stong; masterful. These people are not children; their job is intense, harrowing. This is amazing and so very possible, were they real people and not prime time characters.
