That was one fun meeting... Good for Belle to not fall for Charming. - But no wonder she first kinda did.

What a great little Cross-Over! - That actually will not destroy any continuity. - In both movie-verses...

Normally I'm not a big fan of crossovers, but this was such a comical little story XD It's been a while since I've seen Beauty and the Beast, but my memory isn't so hazy that I don't remember Gaston, and I don't think you could have nailed him any better than you did. And Charming was just as well-portrayed. Bringing those two together was definitely a clever idea.

I hope you have plans to write more Shrek fics in the future, even if they are just one-shots like this one. Right now there's just not a lot of great Shrek fanfiction floating around :(

*giggles madly* OMG this was friggin' hilarious! Oh man, this explains soo much! XDD Dang, I never realized how similar their situations are lol! And the egotistical characterizations were right on the dot! My favorite part had to be when they were getting ready to fight and the cart with the pots and pans passed and they got mesmerized by their reflections! BRILLIANT!
And do you know what's funny? Rupert Everett, the guy who plays Prince Charming, had auditioned for the role of Gaston too! XD
