It seems shorter than it actually is because it's so easy to understand, and so good. Great job! |

I've been watching Season 2 and finding it hard to understand Jack's complete hatred of Irina, but your fic has really helped with that I think - definetely the bit with how he can't look at Sydney without seeing her. You really captured how i imagine Jack to be. I especially like your line about how he felt like her father when she became a double agent. Very nice work - congratulations! |

The problem with doing a character centred piece is that it can appear selfish, too centred on one character. You skillfully avoided this trap and the story flows better for it.
