I would say Remy (running from the victims of the morlock massacre), but since this isnt the comic universe, I'd have to say Xavier, since he cant walk, maybe running could factor into his nightmares somehow (from students he failed or those he couldnt protect?)

My guess in Rogue. She's running from all the psyches that she's absorbed. She's afraid that if the catch her they'll take over control of her.

i say pietro for fear that he is not truely fast enough to beat his problems.. but if it is an x-man i am truely lost.
