I never got why Ranma didn't just kill her when she went on that stupid tangent. "Oh we'll let you fight us, but if you win you die" (wtf?!?)

Was he unconcious because of the breif exposure to the sun? Being in the shade should have made it so the sun doesn't effect him anymore, so why was he in pain?

uh... ok, but one question. Are those all of the effects? No added strength or speed? What about age, what effects does that form do for him aging? Sheesh, Nabiki would have at least asked some of those questions.

I am ruther puzzled by this chapter,did you just kill Ranma,or change him into a girl/vampire for good. Maybe another chapter would help,beause after reading this last chapter I am confused.

This is, really, surprisingly good! At first I thought it might, well, be dark and sinister. After all, vampires do tend to lean that way in these types of things. But, no, it's just a different complication in the life of the intrpid martial artists life.
I think that it would be interesting to see how this development with the "Cats Tongue" incident.
Good story, A+. I'd like to see more of it though.
