Erm... okie-dokie. THAT WAS THE SHORTEST THING I'VE EVER READ! But oddly enough, it was really good! =D

That one part where I said sounded a little awkward is the only thing I found odd. So again, instead of writing 'same old ones' as quoted:"'So,' greeted one of the less-drunk men as he pulled up an extra chair, 'what brings you two strangers here, eh? We don’t get too many new people around this area; just the same old ones.'", write same old 'folks' or something... It just sounds funny when you say 'ones'. *wrinkles nose*

Ah! You're right! We do need less angst. This was a nice change.
I don't mind angst as long as there's a good ending, but there is a little too much of it, especially this far in the manga series.
So...good job on the fic, and if you're considering a second chapter or anything, go for it!
By the way, what does OWARI mean?
