 TrigunCrazed 2005-12-08 . chapter 11Wha? No MORE?!
Please write more soon...I feel as if I was in the middle of an episode & my TV died! Wa!
I can't believe how well you have captured the personalities of the characters. You have described certain events of the show in such detail, but from a different viewpoint, that I feel as if I just watched it again through new eyes.
Have you ever seen the movie "Purgatory"? It is as if you took the meanings of that movie & applied them to Trigun.
It was awesome the way you explained the connection between Vash & Rem, especially since the show really didn't. What a creative mind you have.
Very good story & needs to be continued...SOON please! :) |
Celesma 2005-10-09 . chapter 11Awesome! ^_^ I had wondered if Legato would make an appearance in Purgatory, and lo and behold! -- the psychic wasn't on a rocket-sled to hell after all (yay!). I suspect that his was the voice Milly heard in Chapter 9, but I'm not entirely sure. I liked the discussion of Vash's morals, too.

Themis56 (NSI) 2005-10-04 . chapter 11 Oh ho, now things are getting very interesting indeed! Legato coming into the picture? I thought for sure he'd be, as Wolfwood so aptly put it, one of the 'rocketsled to Hell' kind of guys. Will he be making more appearances? I hope so!
I really liked the frienship between Vash and Wolfwood here, and Wolfwood would be the kind of guy who is devoted to his friends, since he probably had so few. The empathy Wolfwood feels for him is touching.
Ah, and now we are getting to the mystery. What the heck is this universe's Milly anyway? Not even Rem seems to know, definitely not good.
Looking forward to more, as always. You write an awesome Wolfwood! |
 Celesma 2005-09-08 . chapter 10No, Vash! ;_; (hugs him)
So somewhere over the course of this story we must have transitioned into Sin. Personally I feel worse for Wolfwood; Vash was his best friend and to see him hurt so must be tearing him up inside. I'm really glad we got to hear from Rem and Alex, they're interesting in spite of -- or perhaps because of? -- their being dead and all. Heh. Hopefully some more about the the purpose of SEEDS, the Plants' relationship with humans, and the origins of Vash and Knives will come to light.
Again I say: I love love LOVE this story! ^__^

Celesma 2005-09-06 . chapter 9Nice chapter. But . . . who's stalking Milly? And who is that voice in her head? O.O Inquiring minds demand an answer!

Celesma 2005-09-06 . chapter 8O.O You updated! And not only twice, but thrice! And ended Ch. 8 on a crucial plot point! (is happy as a clam) I suspected SOMETHING when you mentioned the charitable stranger's name was Alex . . . and here comes Rem! How are you gonna respond, Wolfie?

BarnabasFrid 2005-09-06 . chapter 10 There's a reason why the Disney version of The Little Mermaid ends as it does instead of the original story. Who the HELL wants to be that depressed when they are kids? Or is the reason rather: Who the hell wants to tell kids such depressing stories?
In any case, we as adults should be mature enough to handle the pain and scathing of bigger and badder yarns, but dammit kiddo... You have done it again! Made me cry by striking a personal chord within me, with your words. In tales like this I often wonder, "Why the hell do people feel the need to describe the ** we go through in such vivid detail?" I suppose it is because we as mature adults should be able to handle our "grown up" emotions like ... adults. Ah, not when reminded so well, as in this case ... just how similar pain is for everyone, even if the circumstance is far different.
One thing: What the HELL did Wolfwood order in the DINER? |
Lily of the Shadow 2005-09-06 . chapter 10woo! wow... just wow. very interesting, i'm anxious to see how this turns out! |
 L4dymercury 2005-09-02 . chapter 7Excellent story. Everyone is in character, I love it! |
Sugar Pill 2005-08-15 . chapter 7Yay, another chapter! Neil was a character in the anime series, wasn't he? Okay, I think I'm catching on now... and Wolfwood holding the latin requiem? Very poetic. I can't think on any other way to describe it. This is very good! :) |
DI Bolly Knickers 2005-08-14 . chapter 7This is so beautiful... Sorry I just can't think of anything else to say... |
grenswench 2005-08-14 . chapter 7 Wolfwood would have been so good with kids indeed (sigh). Great character development, elegant choice of words. The Latin Requiem was an ubercool way to foreshadow the things to come. Can't wait for the next chapter!! |
Lily of the Shadow 2005-08-14 . chapter 7aw! that was so cute ^_^ i like that kid, think he'll be making a reapperance?
loved the chapter! *huggles* til the next time! |
BarnabasFrid 2005-08-14 . chapter 7 BOY HOWDY! Do I HATE kids! In fact, I'm the fist one to laugh in a store when some unfinished adult cries because he cannot have the cereal it wants. But this, must be God's way of getting back at me? Because, you Wolf groupie-- You made ME cry! Not a difficult thing to do. I'm a sensitive woman, but not when it comes to children! =8-)
Really though, with admiration and respect... I enjoy each chapter you author! And if I turn the TV off, I'm there... in the car, in the apartment, lighting a candle in the church... Was that ALW's Requiem I heard?

Celesma 2005-08-14 . chapter 7I know there was a kid named Neil in the Quick Draw episode, but this couldn't be the same one, could it . . . ? O.O Nonetheless, I appreciated your usage of Latin for this chapter; I sing a little Latin, myself ("Pie Jesu" and "O Lord Most Holy" immediately come to mind). Keep up the great writing! |
