I think you captured the idea with Kirika's thoughts perfectly. I really enjoyed the piece, even if it was short and there's nothing more =P

Perhaps a sequel of sorts? But then, some things are better left alone too...

Very good. It's true, Kirika tends to be more driven by logic than by emotions. But that doesn't make her cold-hearted person, it just means that her character has to be enlighted by someone who is close to her. Of course, this is gonna be Mireille, and I am pleased to read that you will at least imply shoujo-ai. Anyways, I would like to read more chapters of this story soon. So please update!
