So before I even started reading this chapter, the title was already intriguing and very ominous. That's a good thing. Then, the very ending of this chapter was great! Cole is always the best person to play 'double agent'! The only disappointing thing is that, as the main four characters, I think the four cousins should have been the ones to defeat Carsaeus. Then again, knowing the way you have been writing this story so far, there is a very real possibility that Carsaeus has not actually been vanquished and will be back again.

I'm not sure if I was expecting that or not lol! Awesome story so far, I should really take the time to continue my Charmed stories, but like you I'm almost always really busy.

If you decide to do a sequel, maybe Wyatt and Chris can make an appearance looking for their Melinda and the spell takes them to the cousins instead. That would be interesting hehe.

I love how you wrote the cousins in this chapter, it felt so natural and easy to read. I think I know what the next plot twist might be but I wont say, don't want to ruin it for others if I'm right :) keep on writing ;)

So, firstly, I was a quarter right with my guesses, far off as they were. I can't believe I couldn't see that Katelyn would be the one in there, but then the familiar voice that Bexxy heard played out ('played out', in terms of POVs) before Katelyn was taken, so that threw me off. THEN I had a wild guess that Andy might be in the cage, but those half- ssed theories were so far off that I thought it was too good to be true when it actually happened, a belief that was reinforced when he sided with Carsy, and was eventually proven to be true. But then... where is Andy? DUN DUN DUNNN.
OMG Carsy! You actually used it! I am so flattered, no touched, no HONORED. I feel like I've won a shiny award. Ah, well, it added yet another touch of humor to the fanfic.
And... as soon as I read Katelyn sagging with relief and thinking everything would be alright, I knew it would be anything but. Awwwwww, poor Katelyn, but I guess she was prepared for this possibility (or to her, a certainty) but still... it's ok, Katelyn, I'll be your daddy for you. Oh wait... Oh to hell with it. I'll be your mommy AND your daddy for you.
Another rhetorical question: what about those brief glimmers or glimpses or flashes of goodness in the previous chapters? Were those staged? They can't have ALL been staged, you can't fake emotion in your eyes, and it wouldn't make sense for him to fake hurt in his eyes and then hide it again.

Got to love the twists that you keep throwing in. Firstly, I never thought that Andy may not be the real Andy. That was a definite surprise. Secondly, despite the fact that he is Cole, I never expected him to be working with Carsaeus. Then again, I am hoping that this is another deceptive plot line that will end up turning into another unexpected twist. Twists and cliff hangers are always more fun than solutions.

Actually, now that I think about it... This chapter is very similar to 'Y Tu Mummy Tambien' when Cole is using Jeric to help him get Phoebe back. Plus there is the fact that the correct two cousins are involved in respect to their mothers. The only difference being that there was no negotiation because Katelyn was captured after Rebecca.
