Bluebell 2009-11-22 . chapter 8 This is a great story. I'm really enjoying it. I found it on the 'favorites' list of one one of my favorite authors and I can see why he put it there. Good work on characterization and plot. The writing is solid and I like the way you work in little details like Naruto's from coin purse. |
 phppsmss 2009-11-21 . chapter 11great fight |
TekJounin 2009-11-11 . chapter 17I just re-read this story and still find it to be just as well-written and enjoyable as the first time I read it.
I love the characters, even though I normally avoid OCs like the plague. You really create a wonderful AU! |
Kaaera 2009-10-19 . chapter 18Greatly enjoyed this story. Thanks for the excellent read! (And for keeping me up for hours more then I should have been... checking out the rest of your stuff will have to wait for tomorrow.) |
Anne Camp aka Obi-quiet 2009-09-11 . chapter 4You know, she's really breaking that law about not mentioning the Kyuubi a lot...she has to be good if she hasn't been caught yet.
An Uchiha and a Hyuuga on a team? How on Earth did that one happen without blood being spilled by the respective families? |
Anne Camp aka Obi-quiet 2009-09-11 . chapter 3I've been really enjoying this so far. Nice pov, excellent pace, and good characterizations. I would like to say that I think Iruka changed his opinion a little too easily, but otherwise, very enjoyable. |
Darling Fox 2009-09-06 . chapter 1You've created an amazing AU world, and an OFC I actually like! Iusually avoid stories with so many OCs, but your stories were recced in so many pallces that I decided to try and read them. I'm so glad that I did: your world and characters are well-made and feel real.
Thank you for writing this! |
Muria 2009-08-13 . chapter 18This is an interesting story with an original spin on Naruto's life. Yukiko is believable and likeable from beginning to end, and her relationships with Iruka, Kakashi, and Naruto (as well as the believable Naga) fit well. |
Owl344 2009-07-17 . chapter 18M. Nice read; I can't wait to read the sequel. Review ya later! |
Owl344 2009-07-17 . chapter 12In response to your Omake: oh, very funny.
In response to the chapter: It was fun! I really like how Yukiko isn't all-powerful, but manages to play her strengths to the opponent's weakness; it's a good lesson, out-thinking. You don't make any of the fights unbelievable and you wrote about a fight between a couple of people who aren't main characters. Nice chapter! |
Owl344 2009-07-17 . chapter 10I knew there was something I forgot to mention--really good writing. You use your knowledge of...stories, I guess, and probably of humans, and also of English, to create really effective ways of saying something. I can feel what Yukiko knows; guess what she's thinking, even when it's not said outright. You're very good at this, you know. |
Owl344 2009-07-17 . chapter 8If I could add this story to favourites more than once, I would; it's fun, it's got plot, grammar, interesting characters and good characterization; it's not too short; it's complete (though WIP that are unabandoned have much the same worth); in short, it's well worth the read. |
Owl344 2009-07-17 . chapter 3This is truly fun. I was worried about Iruka, but apparently I have no need to be! You handled it really well, I think; all your portrayals of Naruto characters seem in-character, and all your OC's seem realistic (well, realistic within the world of Naruto). |
Owl344 2009-07-17 . chapter 1This is fun; I love reading about Original Characters who aren't Mary Sues (if you're interested in Harry Potter, Dangerverse by whydoyouneedtoknow has some of the best OC's I've ever seen). I've never seen a Naruto story like this, but it looks interesting; plus, your story has good grammar and spelling, always a bonus. In short, it's a pleasure to read. |
mountainelements 2009-06-30 . chapter 18I'm glad that Naruto has a family. Your OCs are all interesting and fit well into the story. I wish I could see how Naruto's later life turns out, but it looks like it'll be a while before you complete "The Guardian in Spite of Herself" so I think I'll wait until it's finished. |
