Oh my god, oh my god! That was so good! Last year in your garden was definitely the best because it was so original and would have been a very likely scenario if Jack did find out about Laura's deception. I mean, it was Jack's advice for Vaughan to kill Lauren himself as "therapy" so it's quite plausible for Jack to kill his traitorous wife. I loved the 'buried in the backyard'/'skeletons in the closet' idea... it was so creepy yet Jack at the same time. Really loved these snapshots, hope you write more!

Liked how 1 & 6 linked, but my favorite was 'last year in your garden' for the repetition, the alternate universe, and the brightest flowers over Irina's grave.
