I have to admit that the reader does not really get a sense of Rogue's guilt from your writing...it's as if a third party is looking in and making Rogue speak like a puppet. I think this story would have been better if you really showed how anguished she was. And honestly, if one team member hurt another that badly, I doubt that he/she would have been allowed to stay around with such minor restrictions imposed upon him/her.

That is a pretty harsh ending, but in a way it stayed true to the ending. I guess Remy still loved Rogue, even after what she had done, even when he was reduced to a vegetable state.

I liked it a lot.

Wow that was fantastic! I really liked this story, i loved how at the end you really got a sense of rogues guilt. it was very moving.

Yes, more damnit! C'mon, he's a mutant, he'll heal eventually! It would be great to see him get better and forgive her etc. I liked the concept though, v. good.

Rogue gets on my nerves time to time, right now i want to beat the snot outta her for hurting my favorite character! all self pity for what she does and doesn't think of others, poor Remy, *hugs him* really excellent job on this fic.

Quite good, despite being very emotional and harsh on both characters, specially Rogue, but thats why i liked it.

I'm glad to see an intelligent take on the darker side of Rogue. She has displayed all of these dark traits at some point in her 20+ years (!) in the Marvel Universe yet all anyone seems to want is the demure Southern Belle. She has absorbed hundreds of peoples psyches with relatively little training from Xavier or Jean in how to cope with them and it comes back to bite her (and those around her) in the butt rather often. Bravo for having the courage to delve into the dark and bring such a darkly poignant fic into the light.

It may be a real issue, but I don't like how you handle Rogue. This kind of character bashing actually isn't that uncommon. If you wanted Remy to be the victim of some kind of domestic abuse, Logan would have been a much more realistic choice as he is far more likely to lose control in one of his so called berserker rages. But at least we didn't have Storm, Wolverine, or an OC come into the picture as Remy's "perfect lover" to stop the "evil" girlfriend as is even more common for rabid fan girls and those who like the other two characters.

Aw. Poor Remy. I myself am not a fan or Remy and Rogue being together...And now I just hate her more.

Oh, I know you don't right many sequals but I would love to see Rogues realtionship when Remy is recoverying in this fiction. More chapters. ^_^

Anyways, I love to see my Remy abused. Sick, maybe, but its still a great story.
