Heehee, I am soo gald I started reading this once you'd already written 17 chapters! Ha! Now all I have to do is click a button, rather than waiting anxiously, constantly checking the site and my emails for any updates!

Cool story by the way, but it seemed a bit weird that Ryan would tell the court of Trey's history, and how he thought that he probably would show aggression, when he was trying to back up the 'defense of others' claim. That was a really confusing sentence. What I mean is that Ryan going to see Trey when he knew Trey could be aggressive could count as provoking him, therefore meaning that it could still be viewed as an illegal fight because Ryan was aware that this could happen.

Anyway, in saying that I almost forgot that I still haven't found out Marissa's verdict! Probably reviewing again soon.

Another cool chapter, loved Seth's reaction! Lol.
It's gonna be interesting to see Josh Schwartz's take on the whole Marissa shooting Trey thing. I reckon she won't go to jail on the show. Anyway, enough of my show hypotheses!
I know Ryan has lied in Marissa's defense before, but usually it's playing up what he's done, as opposed to saying that he wasn't breaking the law.
Anyway, I should really leave my reviews till I have read the whole thing! Lol

Cool storyline so far, yet it seems a bit unrealistic, such as:
- the fact that Marissa's pregnancy test came up positive when it hadn't even been twenty-four hours yet. Doesn't it take about two weeks to be able to tell from a cheap pregnancy test like that? Also, I don't know much about it, but presumably things like the emergency contraceptive pill prevents pregnancies rather than terminating them, so surely she couldn't be pregnant already? Unless this was deliberate? I suppose I'll just have to keep reading!

- Marissa getting bailed out of jail. for a start, I thought she wasn't going to tell them anything until Sandy was there, so how could the police have already charged her with murder? Plus, surely they wouldn't let someone out on bail if they were charged with murder?!

But anyway, great story and I am going to keep reading now, and keep up the good work!

Good last chapter, I`m glad that they`re getting married and that kandy is going to support them, I just hope that for the sequel the angst will be less and ryan will be succesful, so money won`t be an issue.

Maybe they could have more kids, like SS should.
