Hey! I loved this story so much. I've read it three times by now. Just a couple of spelling errors here and there, but it was, overall, one of the best stories I've ever read. Please keep up what you do. If you still write, I'll be waiting for a next publication.

Wow that was a fast update! I even had no time to give you a proper review for the last chapter...I loved how Seto tried to protect Ryou which was really sweet. At the end I knew it wasn't Ryou who was going to die, but I thought he had stabbed Bakura. however your solution in the last chapter was truly awesome and I think no one had expected this.
I like the scene when Ryous Milleniums Ring explodes and how it implies that Bakura finally let go of him, which was really nice done. And I think it was kind of amusing to imagine Yugi and Yami watch Seto and Ryou as if they were characters from a TV show. (Which they in fact are) *g*.
Then I liked the little scene with Mokuba at the end. But why didn't he noticed that Ryous clothes were strained with blood?...Oh the rain! It rained so much that there was no blood left...Or it vanished with Bakura...Yep, that it was...*lol*
Okay now to end: It was cute, it truly was. But one point: can you really imagine Seto Kaiba saying "I love you". For some reason I can't. Come on it's Seto Kaiba, he does not go around and tell people if he loves them, he seems more like someone who lets his actions speak(did that sounds wrong...?). Which wasn't meant as a critique, hell no! It truly was sweet and because of what you have written in your last e-mail it is totally understandable that you let it end like this *smile*. However this was just a great end for a great story and this is why I will put it to my favourites!

P.S.: Could you write a sweet and funny little one-shot about Ryous new life in the Kaiba household? How Mokuba reacts to the new relationship of his brother, how it influences Setos work, etc.? That would be absolutely fantastic! (Hey you asked for ideas ;-))

OMG...I can't believe it's over...I really did cry towards the end. *wipes tears off face* That was such a nice ending! Really, I had been hoping that the two of them would get together by the end...and they did...that's so...aww, it just gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling inside. *cries again* And when Ryou said, "I think I'll love you forever," it just strengthened the entire moment. Ah, that was great. Excellent work and I'm so glad you decided to stick with it! I think that we, the readers, anyway, benefited from reading this story. For that I thank you!

Wow...I really did not expect the beginning, though. What a twist! Really, that was just cool. I mean, the letter opener scene in the last chapter was kind of random, in fact amusing, I thought, but when you resurrected it in this chapter it just made total sense! It was the perfect thing to happen, the perfect way to incorporate Seto into Ryou's endless plight...the perfect way to break the bond between Ryou and Bakura. Excellent. Wonderful! Beautiful!

Hmm...alright, let me see if I have this all correctly: If one of the two (Bakura or Ryou) dies, they take the other one with them? Is that...is that right? It sort of sounded like that when you wrote it, especially when Ryou was pleading with Bakura to just leave him in the real world where Bakura could have been just as happy in the Shadow Realm. (Great scene, by the way, very powerful^_^) And, tell me whether I'm right or wrong, it looks like Bakura either could not physically (because of some damage from the mortal wound) or just did not send Ryou with him. Was that sort of like his relinquish of power over Ryou, when he let the boy live in the real world with his lover? (I, judging by the way the Sennen Ring exploded) Wow. That's just...wow, the perfect ending. I'm glad that Ryou did not accompany Bakura, however. I wanted him to be with Seto!

Yay that Marik/Malik (not sure which one it is in this story, the good one, the hikari) lived. It would have been a perversion of justice if he had not. Hopefully Yami accepts him into their home, at least for a little while. I always felt kind of bad for him...even though he was still kind of evil without the yami, I always felt like there was something wrong with the way he was treated. *cries for Marik/Malik*

Excellent work, again, with this fantastic story. I loved it, I loved everything about it, and I hope to read more of your work in the future. I wish I had something to give you that would properly emulate your work...but I really don't know if there's anything good enough! T_T

OMG!! That was a crazy chapter!! I'm so glad you posted it! It's refreshing to see an update of this story; I had missed it so much! It's nice to know that you won't leave it hanging, although I never thought you would. Somehow authors have a connection to their stories where it's almost impossible to leave things for too long, you know? Unless you delete. But that's painful in its own way...whatever, I'm rambling, (sorry to get you caught up in my rantT_T).

Anyway, this was a great chapter! I loved it. Bakura seems intent to get what he wants, (absolute freedom), no matter who/what he hurts. Still, I realized something towards the end of this chapter. A lot of his rage has to do with Ryou, not just the idea of being in captivity. It's the fact that Ryou, the "weakling" was given to him for his host body. That bothers him--almost to the point of insanity. He sees the boy as a reflection on himself, that he could be so weak as to have a reincarnation that even resembles Ryou. That's something that bothers him, as well, in addition to the fact that he's a captured spirit (which he really isn't, anymore, because he can leave Ryou's body in this story, but still the feelings haunt him). I think that's an interesting point to incorporate into this story. It adds to the entire character of Bakura.

And Malik? I think he just loves for evil. It's an unrealistic character, yes, but he's very IC if we consider the canon. So, nice job with him^_^.

Bakura, why do have to stab Ryou?? *cries* And Seto tried to stop him with a letter-opener...*stifles laugh*...that was kind of funny. I guess it was more pathetic than funny; the fact that he actually thought he was going to stop Bakura with a letter-opener...but it was sad in its own way. Poor Seto. He wanted so badly to reach and protect his lover...all to no avail. That makes me very sad.

Unfortunately, Yami, you came too late. Ryou's already outside arguing, in a very climactic moment, with his own yami about the custody of his body. I loved that scene. The drama was amazing. (There's always been a lot of action in this story, though, which is nice that it was all drawn to a peak in the penultimate chapter.)

Speaking of which, the next chapter is the last? Wow, I'm going to miss this story once it's over! Although I hope that Seto and Ryou are somehow able to get together in the end...if Ryou even lives...if Bakura doesn't win...and so on. PLease update whenever you get the chance! (You're right, I don't understand the last part of the chapter, either, lol. But I would like to someday.)
