PLEASE don’t leave the story there! I’m really into it; I just love how it sounds and the plot’s creative. This is one of the best stories for this fandom :). I’m left in suspense right now and its eating away at me, so please continue this? I’d love to read more!

So, um, as you may have guessed I'm kinda wondering where this is going. This is a great, well written fic, with a characterization and plot that I adore, and it's sort of sad that it hasn't been updated (four years and counting!). And I'm just wondering if you're even in faniction anymore, and I should just give up on this fic being updated ever again (which would be a shame), or you've been taking a haitus (or you're dead) and eventually there's going to be more. Because I REALLY like this fic.

So yeah. I hope you're still out there, because your gas station group is still up and running, and I'd really lke to see how Superman reacts to Richie's Brainiac components, and who torched the station. That'd be nice. ;)

Let me know, either way, if its not too much a bother. You're a good writer, and it'd be a shame not to see more of you.

Hi, sorry I'm not reviewing every chapter, the story was just so good I didn't want to take a break just to leave some stupid inane rushed comment. It could just by the time(its 3:30 where I am now), but I think this is the best, most well written static shock fanfiction I have ever read. Static Shock was one of my favorite shows, and the comic books are also personal favorites of mine. You brilliantly captured of the things that made Static Shock of my favorite shows I.e the potratal
of Static and Gear not as sterotypical strawmen for the hero archetype, but as human teenagers. The dialog was really enjoyable. I laughed freaquently while reading this fic due to a combination of the writings sheer awesomeness and my sleep deprivation. The characters were perfectly potrated and incredibly natural in their actions. Sorry,but I digress, this fic was wicked awesome, and Im sad that it is unfinished,when I got the last chapter and realized this fic had been dangling in unfinished devlopment limbo for years and would probably never be completed, a hole opened in my heart filled with a lust for a conclusion, since one is probaly not forthcoming I guess I should break out the shcnapps.

GAH! I want more! This story is incredible! I love love love it so much! It's so hard to find good Static fanfics... but you haven't updated in a few years, so I guess I'll just have to go sit in my corner and cry. I'm gonna put this story on alert though. So, if you someday decide to update, :3 I'll be waiting in line to read it!

Are RL issues still plaguing you, or have you lost interest... in any case I enjoyed re-reading this story.

You know I'm positive I read this fic years ago so I knew it was an abandoned WIP when I went into it on my Blast from the Past Fandom Rereads: Static Shock Edition (yes I named it, shut up) but that didn't stop me from almost having a heart attack when I tried to click on and found there was no more which is just a testament to how great this story is.

Freaking awesome. Virgil and Richie are wonderful, and I'm sure the JL are just as good (I don't actually know anything about them). Any chance of an update?
